Our Project Department specializes in new installations and tenant improvements. We can take your project from the planning stage to implementation and will handle all aspects of design, documentation, permits, project management, and commissioning. We will coordinate all details of the job including electrical, and piping.
Our list of successful projects includes Lowside systems, laboratories, clean/sterile rooms, process, exhaust, and office area applications. Delivery methods include Design Build or Plan & Spec.
AMC'S/O&M AND SERVICE
When Coral Engineering began in, the company had only few service technicians offering basic HVAC maintenance and repair.
Today, we are one of the reliable HVAC companies, taking care of commercial and industrial buildings. We offer our customers services that range from preventive maintenance to the design and installation of custom systems.

Service & Maintenance
We provide a detailed report of any problems found while performing our maintenance service, including itemized pricing by repair. This will help you prioritize and budget more accurately. We will also assist you with annual budget preparation and forecasting. Other services include HVAC equipment surveys to evaluate condition, building correction surveys to investigate and remedy long-term and chronic HVAC issues and energy analysis.
Our Service Department is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Emergency service response time is two hours or less. We offer a one-year warranty on parts and labour for all repairs. A highly-trained primary and secondary service technician is specifically assigned to your building so he can get to know you and your HVAC systems.
Retrofits/Breakdown Maintenances
As a full-service commercial HVAC contractor, Coral Engineering can handle any remodeling or replacement needs you may have.
If your system is older and repairs are getting expensive, we'll provide an estimate for replacing the system along with an estimate for repairs, so you can make the decision that's best for you. We offer extremely fast turnaround time for package-type replacements to minimize discomfort. In fact, in over 90% of the cases, we will have your old unit removed and the new one up and running the same day.
If you're re-configuring a portion of your building for a new client or simply making improvements to the interior of your building, we can take care of any necessary changes to the HVAC ducts and system.

Design & Engineering
Our experienced and professional engineering staff specializes in a wide variety of commercial HVAC design projects. We carefully evaluate our solutions in terms of cost to build, cost to own, and life cycle. Coral Engineering's extensive experience in correction of HVAC comfort and energy problems in existing buildings gives us a unique perspective and produces reliable cost-efficient systems.
Our strong AutoCAD capability enables rapid project design and precise, seamless collaboration with architects and customers. Our design experience includes clean rooms, equipment and computer rooms, and comfort cooling. We also offer expertise in the design of green buildings for LEED Certification.
Process Cooling/High end Application
We are set up to provide turnkey services as the prime contractor, managing the entire project from conceptual design to commissioning. We can assemble a complete design/build team including architect, structural and electrical engineers, general construction contractors, specialty contractors such as electrical, rigging, along with our in-house piping, sheet metal and controls specialties to complete the most challenging of projects.
Our project managers and engineers are responsible for surveys, conceptual design, estimating, budgeting, final pricing, bid/proposals, and direct field supervision. With a staff of graduate mechanical engineers and in-house registered professional engineers, we supervise all design engineering, drawings, construction submittals, permitting, construction, inspections, and commissioning. Our engineers use the latest computer-aided design and drafting tools to produce engineered construction plans, schematics and details.
